The Top of the South Conservation Volunteers Newsletter provides a variety of opportunities for everyone to be involved in conservation activities. These include DOC run events in the back country such as snail monitoring, hut paints and protecting our native species, such as whio, from predators. The newsletter encourages community projects to list there events to gain support and volunteers. These projects include planting and weeding days, trapping projects and educational and training opportunities.
